Responding to an enquiry:

As soon as we receive an enquiry we will try and answer immediately to let you know whether we have availability for your preferred dates and, if so, verify the cost.

Booking Conditions:

When a request for a booking is made, we will endeavour to reply immediately and confirm that the dates will be held pending receipt of your booking deposit (within 7 days please).

Included with our e-mail will be details of our booking conditions, we have kept them to the minimum and think that they are fair to both parties. They are as detailed below. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions.

We require a 20% deposit of the total holiday cost on booking. This is non refundable. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.(We will e-mail you to remind you of this nine weeks before your arrival). Should you book within 8 weeks of arrival full payment is required at the time of booking.



Please do not arrive before 4pm at the start of your holiday. Please vacate by 10am on your day of departure. (This gives us time to make sure the apartment is ready before our next guests arrive).
We appreciate that this is your holiday and you don't want to spend your last day tidying and cleaning. However, on departure please would you leave the apartment in the sort condition you would expect to find it in on arrival.

We do not ask for a breakage deposit but would ask that you replace any crockery / glass etc that might get broken during your stay.

Cancellation refunds:

The 20% deposit is non refundable. after that:-

Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks – 50% of balance refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of balance refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
